dc.description.abstract Abstract Problems related to productivity are often found in factory employees in any company, including factories located in Islamic boarding schools. One of the factors that can affect productivity is the motivation factor. The research was carried out using quantitative research with a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The research subjects were 25 people with an age range of 20-30 years who were obtained using a saturated sampling technique.
