<title>Environmental sustainability criteria in the multi-oriented shipbuilding industry in Indonesia</title>
<link>http://dspace.hangtuah.ac.id:8080/xmlui/handle/dx/1461</link>
<description>Environmental sustainability criteria in the multi-oriented shipbuilding industry in Indonesia
Azhar, Ali; Harahab, Nuddin; Putra, Fadillah; Kurniawan, Andi
Preliminary studies have highlighted the potential of Indonesia’s &#13;
geographical, suprastructural, and infrastructural conditions to &#13;
develop a strong shipbuilding industry, which is crucial for the &#13;
success of the world maritime axis program and sea toll. &#13;
However, despite high expectations, the industry faces challenges &#13;
that threaten business sustainability, leading to bankruptcies. To &#13;
assess business sustainability, it is essential to establish criteria &#13;
and sub-criteria, which previous studies have overlooked, &#13;
focusing only on technical and economic factors. Therefore, this &#13;
research generally aims to develop and analyze environmentally &#13;
friendly sustainable criteria in the multi-oriented shipyard &#13;
industry so that it develops in accordance with the vision, &#13;
mission, goals and strategies. The criteria development process &#13;
involves identifying and reviewing relevant articles, classifying &#13;
and refining the criteria, conducting expert validity testing, &#13;
Pearson Product Moment validity testing, and reliability testing &#13;
using the Alpha (Cronbach) method. The expert validity testing &#13;
indicates that ‘people’ received the highest average score of 4.67 &#13;
among the criteria, and ‘infrastructure’ scored the highest in the &#13;
sub-criteria, with a score of 4.75. The validity testing with the &#13;
Pearson Product Moment method demonstrates that the criteria &#13;
and sub-criteria are valid and the reliability of 32 sub-criteria &#13;
indicating their influence on promoting multi-oriented and &#13;
environmentally sustainable shipbuilding industries

<title>Concept of Multi-Orientation Shipyard Industry Development Environmentally Friendly and Sustainable</title>
<link>http://dspace.hangtuah.ac.id:8080/xmlui/handle/dx/1460</link>
<description>Concept of Multi-Orientation Shipyard Industry Development Environmentally Friendly and Sustainable
Azhar, Ali; Harahab, Nuddin; Putra, Fadillah; Kurniawan, Andi; Poundra, Gde A Prabhawatya
Indonesia's geographical conditions and position are very favorable and various policies from the government &#13;
from 2005 until now are expected to become the shipyard industry to become a tough industry, but in reality it is still not as &#13;
expected. The condition of the domestic shipyard industry in 2017 until now there is only ship repair and maintenance work, &#13;
while orders for new ships or buildings are very few and even zero demand ship orders, causing business continuity in the &#13;
shipyard industry to be disrupted and even out of business. This paper aims to develop a concept for the development of a &#13;
multi-oriented shipyard industry that is environmentally friendly and sustainable. The preparation of this concept begins &#13;
with identifying problems, collecting secondary data, reviewing related articles (shipyard industry, ship recycling yard &#13;
industry, environment, sustainability, and supporting methods), analyzing and developing a development concept. The results &#13;
obtained from drafting the concept are in the form of a diagrammatic model for the development of a multi-oriented shipyard &#13;
industry that is environmentally friendly and sustainable. The development concept consists of (1) research background in &#13;
the form of the existing conditions of the shipyard industry, ship recycling industry, geography, infrastructure, &#13;
superstructure; (2) research that has been conducted in the form of relevant journal articles and proceedings; (3) research to &#13;
be conducted in the form of sustainability criteria, orientation diversification and strategy selection; (4) implementation.

<title>CFD Analysis onthe Development of Pre-Duct Shapeto Improve Propeller Performance</title>
<link>http://dspace.hangtuah.ac.id:8080/xmlui/handle/dx/1413</link>
<description>CFD Analysis onthe Development of Pre-Duct Shapeto Improve Propeller Performance
Munazid, Ali; Ariana, I Made; Utama, I Ketut Aria Pria
Energy saving contributions of Energy Saving Device (ESD) Pre-Duct are reducing energy losses and separation at the stern, increasing the ideal propeller efficiency, increasing the capture of viscous wake that passes through the propeller disk, and increasing the interaction of the propeller and ship hull. The effect of ESD Pre-Duct in front of the propeller on saving of energy is influenced by the accuracy and suitability of the geometry, position, and shape of pre-duct. In this study, the shape of the asymmetric un-circular pre-duct was develop and analysis conducted by compared the effect of the shape of pre-duct on the performance of propeller, the shape of pre-duct: circular (conventional), un-circular, and asymmetric un-circular. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling results using the ANSYS CFX software package with Propeller Open Water (POW) test simulations show that the installation of pre-ducts with several shape developments in general has a significant effect on increasing propeller performance at low propeller rotation speeds, whereas on high propeller rotation even though there is an increase in propeller performance but not significant.

<title>Risk Evaluation of Ship Repair Delays with The Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Method</title>
<link>http://dspace.hangtuah.ac.id:8080/xmlui/handle/dx/1385</link>
<description>Risk Evaluation of Ship Repair Delays with The Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Method
Baroroh, Intan; Ramadhan, Ndaru Gilang; Hardianto, Didik; Kristiyono, Tri Agung
Every ship, that is still actively operating in shipping must pay attention to repair or maintenance in accordance with classification standards. This was needed by management or ship owners to carry out maintenance planning. The shipyards as repair services, there are often obstacles during the repair process that cause the repair time to be longer. This is caused by limited work equipment, delivery of materials that are not in order, and lack of technical equipment. The purpose of research is to evaluate the risk of ship repair delays so there are no failures or delays in ship repair. The method used is the FMEA method (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to measure each failure in each activity that affects ship repair. The results showed an assessment score in the form of a Risk Priority Number (RPN) consisting of activities: amount of cutting machines is still limited with a score of 309.83, painting and welding failures at the same time with a score of 267.08, materials that come are remachined to fit the needs with a score of 335.06 and inadequate transportation equipment with a score of 294.16. Improvements made in the form of preparing amount of work tools before the work is carried out, conditioning the order of work according to the schedule and adding backup transportation.

<title>Risk Analysis of Delay in Ship Repair KM Binaiya with Bayesian Network Method</title>
<link>http://dspace.hangtuah.ac.id:8080/xmlui/handle/dx/1381</link>
<description>Risk Analysis of Delay in Ship Repair KM Binaiya with Bayesian Network Method
Baroroh, Intan; Setiawan, Galuh Valent; Azhar, Ali; Hardianto, Didik; Widodo, Ahmad Basuki
Abstract&#13;
⎯ Ship repair is a project that is short in process so that time is an important element in its completion parameters.&#13;
Delay is something that can happen to a job. A job experiencing delays must have a cause that affects the work. Causes of&#13;
delay in the case of ship repair are poor time management, less skilled human resources, the addition or development of work.&#13;
But whatever the obstacles, shipyards are still required to complete the ship repair process in a timely manner. Seeing this&#13;
problem, this research was conducted to provide input in connection with the strategies used by PT XYZ in overcoming the&#13;
delay factor in the repair of the KM Binaiya ship. In the research to support this thesis, the Bayesian Networks Method is&#13;
used to analyze the factors that cause delays in ship repairs. After risk identification using the Bayesian networks method.&#13;
The highest risk is replete activities as minor categorized, where the caused tank cleaning work related to hazardous waste,&#13;
which must be cleaned to be safe for hot work with a risk score of 0.108. The second cause is installation of scaffolding for&#13;
replete work facilities at height with a risk score of 0.054.&#13;

<title>Risk Evaluation Concept of Engine Room Module Installation on Modular Construction Shipbuilding</title>
<link>http://dspace.hangtuah.ac.id:8080/xmlui/handle/dx/1311</link>
<description>Risk Evaluation Concept of Engine Room Module Installation on Modular Construction Shipbuilding
Baroroh, Intan; Ariana, I Made; Dinariyana, A. A. B.
The implementation of the construction of modular construction ships is able to&#13;
accelerate ship production by up to 50%. However, in practice, delays in the production process can still be found in the engine room module of the modular ship building process. Production delays occur due to inappropriate block dimension accuracy, damaged machine conditions, loading blocks that are not on schedule, many revisions to drawings, delays in equipment and basic ship materials. The production process includes a series of activities carried out including: Hull construction, Painting &amp; Protection, Outfitting Manufacture, Machinery Outfitting, Accommodation Outfitting, Electric, Electrical Outfitting. This research aims to evaluate the performance of engine room module installations in shipyards that apply a modular construction system. At an early stage, the research was conducted by identifying factors and constraints that&#13;
affect the performance of the engine room installation in shipbuilding which has the potential to cause delays. The conceptual and technical approach are carried out by analyzing the causal relationship of the identification of factors at the production stage. The results of this research is expected to anticipate earlier delays in the engine room module installation with the concept of evaluation using Bayesian Network integration and System Dynamics.

<link>http://dspace.hangtuah.ac.id:8080/xmlui/handle/dx/1310</link>
<description>Supply chain performance analysis on modular construction shipbuilding
Baroroh, Intan; Ariana, I Made; Dinariyana, A. A. B.
The Implementation of modular construction shipbuilding aims to accelerate ship production so that delivery time can be shortened. However, in its implementation, delay for completing and delivery the ship can still be found. The delay in delivery is influenced by the supply chain performance of the shipyard due to delays in design, material, and financial payments. This delay occurred due to the large number of sub-module and module construction works carried out in parallel. The works include hull construction, painting, outfitting and installation of equipments. This study aims to analyze the performance of the supply chain in shipyard that implementing modular construction system. In the initial stage, the study is conducted by defining the factors and parameters that affect supply chain performance in shipbuilding and determining factors that have the potential to cause delivery delays. The conceptual and technical approach is carried out by analyzing the causal relationship of the factors that have identified in the previous stage. Dominant factors that cause delays that occur in ship building are expected to find and observe using system dynamics approach.

<description>Teknologi SIG untuk Penentuan Perubahan Garis Pantai di Kawasan Mangrove Pamurbaya
Prasita, Viv Djanat

<description>Pengaruh Non Value Added Activity terhadap Manufacturing Cycle Effectiveness Proses Produksi Kapal
Riyadi, Muhammad

The purpose of this research is the empowerment of home business of fish processing industry home business Fish Processing at trading business (UD). Duta Nelayan in Paciran, Lamongan District. The method used is action research with the development of Cold Chain System Application for the realization of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in processing units of processed fish with frozen value, to obtain certification of free sales license in the market, in accordance with the applicable standards of the Drug Control Agency and Food. So the home industry products from UD. Duta Nelayan: like surimi, fishball, and nuggets, can be marketed freely and compete with other fish products. Such conditions are carried out as an alternative problem solving in SMEs that do not yet have adequate standardization and product quality certification, but product diversification has not fully met market demand, and business management has not run well from regional markets. The results show that GMP Implementation in SMEs primarily to manage the production unit layout follows the regulations, and applies the Standard Operating Sanitation Procedure (SSOP) to production processes in cold chain system applications to produce standard products. The certification process reflects a lack of information and understanding to get certified. For that need the existence of government assistance program to empower the home industry business, to get the certificate in accordance with applicable provisions.
