Azhar, Ali; Harahab, Nuddin; Putra, Fadillah; Kurniawan, Andi
Preliminary studies have highlighted the potential of Indonesia’s
geographical, suprastructural, and infrastructural conditions to
develop a strong shipbuilding industry, which is crucial for the
success of the world maritime axis program and sea toll.
However, despite high expectations, the industry faces challenges
that threaten business sustainability, leading to bankruptcies. To
assess business sustainability, it is essential to establish criteria
and sub-criteria, which previous studies have overlooked,
focusing only on technical and economic factors. Therefore, this
research generally aims to develop and analyze environmentally
friendly sustainable criteria in the multi-oriented shipyard
industry so that it develops in accordance with the vision,
mission, goals and strategies. The criteria development process
involves identifying and reviewing relevant articles, classifying
and refining the criteria, conducting expert validity testing,
Pearson Product Moment validity testing, and reliability testing
using the Alpha (Cronbach) method. The expert validity testing
indicates that ‘people’ received the highest average score of 4.67
among the criteria, and ‘infrastructure’ scored the highest in the
sub-criteria, with a score of 4.75. The validity testing with the
Pearson Product Moment method demonstrates that the criteria
and sub-criteria are valid and the reliability of 32 sub-criteria
indicating their influence on promoting multi-oriented and
environmentally sustainable shipbuilding industries

Indonesia's geographical conditions and position are very favorable and various policies from the government
from 2005 until now are expected to become the shipyard industry to become a tough industry, but in reality it is still not as
expected. The condition of the domestic shipyard industry in 2017 until now there is only ship repair and maintenance work,
while orders for new ships or buildings are very few and even zero demand ship orders, causing business continuity in the
shipyard industry to be disrupted and even out of business. This paper aims to develop a concept for the development of a
multi-oriented shipyard industry that is environmentally friendly and sustainable. The preparation of this concept begins
with identifying problems, collecting secondary data, reviewing related articles (shipyard industry, ship recycling yard
industry, environment, sustainability, and supporting methods), analyzing and developing a development concept. The results
obtained from drafting the concept are in the form of a diagrammatic model for the development of a multi-oriented shipyard
industry that is environmentally friendly and sustainable. The development concept consists of (1) research background in
the form of the existing conditions of the shipyard industry, ship recycling industry, geography, infrastructure,
superstructure; (2) research that has been conducted in the form of relevant journal articles and proceedings; (3) research to
be conducted in the form of sustainability criteria, orientation diversification and strategy selection; (4) implementation.

Energy saving contributions of Energy Saving Device (ESD) Pre-Duct are reducing energy losses and separation at the stern, increasing the ideal propeller efficiency, increasing the capture of viscous wake that passes through the propeller disk, and increasing the interaction of the propeller and ship hull. The effect of ESD Pre-Duct in front of the propeller on saving of energy is influenced by the accuracy and suitability of the geometry, position, and shape of pre-duct. In this study, the shape of the asymmetric un-circular pre-duct was develop and analysis conducted by compared the effect of the shape of pre-duct on the performance of propeller, the shape of pre-duct: circular (conventional), un-circular, and asymmetric un-circular. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling results using the ANSYS CFX software package with Propeller Open Water (POW) test simulations show that the installation of pre-ducts with several shape developments in general has a significant effect on increasing propeller performance at low propeller rotation speeds, whereas on high propeller rotation even though there is an increase in propeller performance but not significant.

Lev el of c reactive protein (CRP) among cardiovascular disease patients with chronic periodontitis in Cardiovascular Department of Dr. Soetomo National Hospital Surabaya
Wedarti, Yoifah Rizka
Background: Periodontitis is a local inflammatory process mediating destruction of
periodontal tissues triggered by bacterial insult. However, this disease is also characterized
by systemic inflammatory host responses that may contribute, in part, to the recently reported
higher risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD) among patients with periodontitis. Moderate
elevation of C-reactive protein (CRP) has been found to be a predictor of increased risk for
CVD. Elevated CRP levels in periodontal patients have been reported by several groups. In
this study, we examined whether CRP plasma levels are increased in periodontitis and if
there is a relation to severity of periodontal disease.
Methods: CRP serum levels were assessed using reagen Immulite C-Reactive Protein ® /
Immulite ® 1000 high-sensitivity CRP as a solid-phase, chemiluminescent immunometric
assay in 100 subjects which diagnosed cardiovascular disease with chronic periodontitis.
Periodontal Disease Index (PDI) were measured by clinical attachment loss, probing depths,
and gingiva recession at six selection teeth : 16, 21, 24, 36, 41,44 known as Ramfjord teeth.
Results: The measurement of Periodontal Disease Index (PDI) in 100 subjects with
Cardiovascular Disease are Mild periodontitis (6,1%), Moderate periodontitis (70,4%),
Severe periodontitis (23,5%) and only 2% with normal periodontal tissue. Increases in CRP
levels were observed in these subjects. Subjects with high levels of clinical attachment loss
(Severe periodontitis) had significantly higher mean of CRP levels (7,522 ± 0,3580 mg/L),
moderate periodontitis are (5,284 ± 0,3138 mg/L) CRP levels and (2,017 ± 0,3656 mg/L)
CRP levels for mild periodontitis
Conclusions: The positive correlation between CRP and periodontal disease might be a
possible underlying pathway in the association between periodontal disease which a chronic
inflammation as one of risk factor for Cardiovascular Disease in these patients.

Every ship, that is still actively operating in shipping must pay attention to repair or maintenance in accordance with classification standards. This was needed by management or ship owners to carry out maintenance planning. The shipyards as repair services, there are often obstacles during the repair process that cause the repair time to be longer. This is caused by limited work equipment, delivery of materials that are not in order, and lack of technical equipment. The purpose of research is to evaluate the risk of ship repair delays so there are no failures or delays in ship repair. The method used is the FMEA method (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to measure each failure in each activity that affects ship repair. The results showed an assessment score in the form of a Risk Priority Number (RPN) consisting of activities: amount of cutting machines is still limited with a score of 309.83, painting and welding failures at the same time with a score of 267.08, materials that come are remachined to fit the needs with a score of 335.06 and inadequate transportation equipment with a score of 294.16. Improvements made in the form of preparing amount of work tools before the work is carried out, conditioning the order of work according to the schedule and adding backup transportation.

Abstract
⎯ Ship repair is a project that is short in process so that time is an important element in its completion parameters.
Delay is something that can happen to a job. A job experiencing delays must have a cause that affects the work. Causes of
delay in the case of ship repair are poor time management, less skilled human resources, the addition or development of work.
But whatever the obstacles, shipyards are still required to complete the ship repair process in a timely manner. Seeing this
problem, this research was conducted to provide input in connection with the strategies used by PT XYZ in overcoming the
delay factor in the repair of the KM Binaiya ship. In the research to support this thesis, the Bayesian Networks Method is
used to analyze the factors that cause delays in ship repairs. After risk identification using the Bayesian networks method.
The highest risk is replete activities as minor categorized, where the caused tank cleaning work related to hazardous waste,
which must be cleaned to be safe for hot work with a risk score of 0.108. The second cause is installation of scaffolding for

Baroroh, Intan; Ariana, I Made; Dinariyana, A. A. B.
The implementation of the construction of modular construction ships is able to
accelerate ship production by up to 50%. However, in practice, delays in the production process can still be found in the engine room module of the modular ship building process. Production delays occur due to inappropriate block dimension accuracy, damaged machine conditions, loading blocks that are not on schedule, many revisions to drawings, delays in equipment and basic ship materials. The production process includes a series of activities carried out including: Hull construction, Painting & Protection, Outfitting Manufacture, Machinery Outfitting, Accommodation Outfitting, Electric, Electrical Outfitting. This research aims to evaluate the performance of engine room module installations in shipyards that apply a modular construction system. At an early stage, the research was conducted by identifying factors and constraints that
affect the performance of the engine room installation in shipbuilding which has the potential to cause delays. The conceptual and technical approach are carried out by analyzing the causal relationship of the identification of factors at the production stage. The results of this research is expected to anticipate earlier delays in the engine room module installation with the concept of evaluation using Bayesian Network integration and System Dynamics.

Baroroh, Intan; Ariana, I Made; Dinariyana, A. A. B.
The Implementation of modular construction shipbuilding aims to accelerate ship production so that delivery time can be shortened. However, in its implementation, delay for completing and delivery the ship can still be found. The delay in delivery is influenced by the supply chain performance of the shipyard due to delays in design, material, and financial payments. This delay occurred due to the large number of sub-module and module construction works carried out in parallel. The works include hull construction, painting, outfitting and installation of equipments. This study aims to analyze the performance of the supply chain in shipyard that implementing modular construction system. In the initial stage, the study is conducted by defining the factors and parameters that affect supply chain performance in shipbuilding and determining factors that have the potential to cause delivery delays. The conceptual and technical approach is carried out by analyzing the causal relationship of the factors that have identified in the previous stage. Dominant factors that cause delays that occur in ship building are expected to find and observe using system dynamics approach.

Regulations on the protection of underwater archaeology include
prohibitions on the unlawful trafficking of cultural property and underwater
archaeology training. Transfer of technologies and information sharing is
also encouraged, as is public understanding of the value and relevance of the
underwater cultural heritage. The Convention contains the “Rules for
activities directed at undersea cultural heritage,” i.e., operation schemes for
underwater interventions, and is widely acknowledged as the reference
document in the underwater discipline. States Parties should prioritize
preserving undersea cultural assets and take appropriate action. The
Convention’s objectives are to (1) secure universal protection for underwater
cultural treasures, (2) promote international collaboration, and (3) develop
professional standards. In Indonesia’s national law, there are no special rules
governing the protection of underwater cultural assets; rather, the provisions
are generally limited to cultural heritage protection regulations.

Chitosan could facilitate migration, proliferation and differentiation of pulp progenitor cells. The purpose of this
study was to investigate the potential application of chitosan synthesized fromPenaeus monodonshells, as a direct pulp capping
material. Chitosan was synthesized byPenaeus monodonshells using deproteinase, demineralisation, depigmentation and
deacetylation methods. The molar teeth of the maleRattus norvegicus-strain-Wistar had been prepared for class one in the
occlusal part and were divided into two groups, namely Group one (G1) applied Ca (OH)2 and Group two (G2) applied chitosan.
Then, the histopathological evaluation was performed to observe odontoblast-like cells with hematoxylin eosin staining after
seven and then 28 days following treatment. Measurement of the yield value, water content, molecular weight, deacetylation
degree and cytotoxicity tests were carried out to determine the quality standards of chitosan. Statistics analysis used one-way
analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by an least significant different (LSD) post hoc test with multiple comparisons (p<0.05).
This study showed that the yield value was 0.08%; water content was 8.73 %; molecular weight was 3012.83 g/mol; deacetylation
degree was 86.22% and the cells viability was 97.83%. The application of chitosan was showed a significant difference in
odontoblast-like cells on the seventh day of observation (p=0.001; p<0.05) and the 28th day of observation (p=0.002; p<0.05).
Chitosan synthesized fromPenaeus monodon shells from Indonesia has strong potentials as a direct pulp capping material.

This research aims to see how is access to maternal services in the pandemic era. Maternal patients with
COVID-19 without symptoms (co-incidence) can only access a limited number of health facilities and make
it more challenging to access healthcare services. Whereas previously, with the integrated referral system,
it was easier for patients to access healthcare services. All childbirth during the pandemic takes place in
a Healthcare Facility. Pregnant women with suspected, probable, and confirmed COVID-19 would have
childbirth at a COVID-19 referral hospital. Based on our study results, as the conclusion, patients with an
integrated referral system will be easy to get access to healthcare services. Maternal patients with confirmed
COVID-19 without any symptoms have limited access to the health facilities, making access to healthcare
services is not easy as before. Easy access to healthcare services is a patient’s right, including a pregnant
women’s right with confirmed COVID-19. Therefore, the government needs to increase the number of
COVID-19 Referral Hospital. To provide healthcare services, the Specialized Hospital for Mother and Child
can handle the normal childbirth of COVID-19 patients. It is necessary to make regulations on the childbirth
of COVID-19 patients at the Specialized Hospital for Mother and Child.

Diarsvitri, Wienta; Budiarti, Retno; Nugraheni, Pramita Anindya; Ilmawan, M. Fathi; Biutifasari, Verna
BACKGROUND: Most attention and healthcare resources in Indonesia have been geared toward battling the
coronavirus (CoV) disease (COVID)-19 pandemic, and less overture has been given to the looming risks of dengue
that has been endemic in many areas of Indonesia. Despite related constraints, the Primary Health Cares (PHC) in
Indonesia plays an important role in the face of emergency situations.
AIM: This study aimed to review the dengue and COVID-19 infection, clinical manifestations in children and adults,
clinical pathology findings, as well as the prevention strategies that could be applied in PHC.
METHODS: This study is a narrative review based on the research articles and reports that were published between
2010 and 2020. A total of 70 articles and reports were obtained and after careful consideration, 58 articles and
reports were used as references of this study.
RESULTS: Both dengue virus (DENV) and severe acute respiratory syndrome-CoV (SARS-CoV-2) share the
similarity of antigenic structure, common symptoms, and laboratory findings. The immune response in SARS-CoV-2
may cause a cytokine storm, which can increase vascular permeability and organ damage. Secondary infection of
DENV with different strains may allow the occurrence of antibody-dependent enhancement. The cross-reactions
between SARS-CoV-2 antibodies and DENV antigens may cause false positive on rapid dengue infection serological
tests.
CONCLUSION: PHC as the front line of health services has a fundamental role in the crisis situation. The prevention
and control of DENV and SARS-CoV-2 infections are based on the mode of transmission and need compliance to
the related health protocols

Andriani, Dwi
Nickel is a material that commonly used in dentistry, but in some individuals, it can cause type IV delayed-type
hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction. In this case, DTH reaction pathway involves T cell helper 1 (Th1) activation that stimulates
macrophages to release pro-inflammatory cytokine. Meanwhile, astaxanthin (AST) is carotenoid from red algae that has an
anti-inflammatory effect by inhibiting inflammatory mediators. Hematology evaluation is one of the evaluation methods for
allergies. This investigation aimed to determine the effect of astaxanthin supplementation on the differential count of inflammatory
cells in nickel allergy of mice model. Sixteen Balb/C mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group (N), without
therapy group (NA), Astaxanthin 12 mg treatment group (Ast12) and Astaxanthin 6 mg treatment group (Ast6). All groups were
given an injection of Nickel(II) chloride (NiCl2
), Complete Freud’s Adjuvant (CFA), and Incomplete Freud’s Adjuvant (IFA) to
obtain the nickel allergy model. Analysis of differential count in an inflammatory cell (neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte and
eosinophil) performed by utilizing flow cytometry, then, the data were analyzed using Univariate Analysis (p<0.05). As the
result, there were no any significant differences between groups for neutrophil and lymphocyte showed by One-Way ANOVA
