Azhar, Ali; Harahab, Nuddin; Putra, Fadillah; Kurniawan, Andi
Preliminary studies have highlighted the potential of Indonesia’s
geographical, suprastructural, and infrastructural conditions to
develop a strong shipbuilding industry, which is crucial for the
success of the world maritime axis program and sea toll.
However, despite high expectations, the industry faces challenges
that threaten business sustainability, leading to bankruptcies. To
assess business sustainability, it is essential to establish criteria
and sub-criteria, which previous studies have overlooked,
focusing only on technical and economic factors. Therefore, this
research generally aims to develop and analyze environmentally
friendly sustainable criteria in the multi-oriented shipyard
industry so that it develops in accordance with the vision,
mission, goals and strategies. The criteria development process
involves identifying and reviewing relevant articles, classifying
and refining the criteria, conducting expert validity testing,
Pearson Product Moment validity testing, and reliability testing
using the Alpha (Cronbach) method. The expert validity testing
indicates that ‘people’ received the highest average score of 4.67
among the criteria, and ‘infrastructure’ scored the highest in the
sub-criteria, with a score of 4.75. The validity testing with the
Pearson Product Moment method demonstrates that the criteria
and sub-criteria are valid and the reliability of 32 sub-criteria
indicating their influence on promoting multi-oriented and
environmentally sustainable shipbuilding industries

Azhar, Ali; Harahab, Nuddin; Putra, Fadillah; Kurniawan, Andi; Poundra, Gde A Prabhawatya
Indonesia's geographical conditions and position are very favorable and various policies from the government
from 2005 until now are expected to become the shipyard industry to become a tough industry, but in reality it is still not as
expected. The condition of the domestic shipyard industry in 2017 until now there is only ship repair and maintenance work,
while orders for new ships or buildings are very few and even zero demand ship orders, causing business continuity in the
shipyard industry to be disrupted and even out of business. This paper aims to develop a concept for the development of a
multi-oriented shipyard industry that is environmentally friendly and sustainable. The preparation of this concept begins
with identifying problems, collecting secondary data, reviewing related articles (shipyard industry, ship recycling yard
industry, environment, sustainability, and supporting methods), analyzing and developing a development concept. The results
obtained from drafting the concept are in the form of a diagrammatic model for the development of a multi-oriented shipyard
industry that is environmentally friendly and sustainable. The development concept consists of (1) research background in
the form of the existing conditions of the shipyard industry, ship recycling industry, geography, infrastructure,
superstructure; (2) research that has been conducted in the form of relevant journal articles and proceedings; (3) research to
be conducted in the form of sustainability criteria, orientation diversification and strategy selection; (4) implementation.

This paper is aimed to investigate the effect of Energy Saving Device (ESD), namely Pre-Duct on traditional fishing vessels, in improving ship propulsor performance thus increase energy efficiency. Traditional fishing vessel in Lamongan coast are fishing vessels built by local shipbuilders based on experience and shipbuilder instincts from ancestors not based on the design of vessels, hull shape parametric of vessel is : L/∇1/3=3.97; L/B=3.06; Cb=0.49; Cm=0.73; Cw=0.78; Cp=0.7 and principal particulars of traditional fishing vessel is : Loa=9.5 m; Bmld=3.10 m; H=1.2 m; T=0.95 m. Simulation study on traditional fishing vessels was conducted using CFD approach together with the use of CFX commercial code; the simulation results determined the thrust and propulsive coefficient of vessels with and without pre-duct. Based on systematic comparisons of pre-duct and without pre-duct on traditional fishing vessels, the implementation of pre-duct has increased efficiency of energy and improving ship propulsor performance about 3%.

The equipment used for transporter materials is an important part of a shipyard. This is a necessity of the shipyard, especially the medium-sized shipyard, which serves to move materials from the warehouse to the field at the production process stage. This manual ship bottom replating activity requires quite a lot of time and workers in the process, so the results obtained are less efficient and uneconomical. In the process of repairing a ship to replating a plate, an obstacle was found, namely the
repair of material in the position of the plate at the bottom was very difficult. Basically, the transfer of a material is carried out by a crane with a certain capacity and conventional methods of using pipes as a means of moving it. Looking at the development of technology in modern times, it can all be said that technology is already robot-based. Therefore, the design of a transporter material tool was carried out that could support the work of replating the plates at the bottom of the ship. The results obtained from the evaluation of the suitability of the equipment and the application of an information system in the use of transporter materials are information about the list of lifting equipment needed based on the weight of the construction and the parts to be replating, especially at the bottom. From this modeling, quite efficient results were obtained with software simulations with standard results of 1: 3 from data in the field. It is hoped that the manufacture of the tool model can facilitate the work of replating the plates on the bottom of the ship.

Ship Movement is an important factor in shipbuilding. In determining the ship's maneuverability, there are many aspects that must be considered in the design, namely resistance and angle of attack of the waves. In determining the angle of attack of the waves, the test uses the trigonometry principle to determine the angle of attack of the waves. Where the results of the 3 maneuvers of the Heave, Roll and Pitch ships at speeds of 0 knots, 0.389 knots, 0.778 knots, 1.166 knots, 1943 knots, it is known that the displacement model ship can be used in an open area with a set scale

Munazid, Ali; Ariana, I Made; Utama, I Ketut Aria Pria
Energy saving contributions of Energy Saving Device (ESD) Pre-Duct are reducing energy losses and separation at the stern, increasing the ideal propeller efficiency, increasing the capture of viscous wake that passes through the propeller disk, and increasing the interaction of the propeller and ship hull. The effect of ESD Pre-Duct in front of the propeller on saving of energy is influenced by the accuracy and suitability of the geometry, position, and shape of pre-duct. In this study, the shape of the asymmetric un-circular pre-duct was develop and analysis conducted by compared the effect of the shape of pre-duct on the performance of propeller, the shape of pre-duct: circular (conventional), un-circular, and asymmetric un-circular. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling results using the ANSYS CFX software package with Propeller Open Water (POW) test simulations show that the installation of pre-ducts with several shape developments in general has a significant effect on increasing propeller performance at low propeller rotation speeds, whereas on high propeller rotation even though there is an increase in propeller performance but not significant.

Ship's Ferries are a sea crossing that continues to operate around the time. The consequence related to shipping
activities is an increase in ship exhaust emissions. One alternative for ship propulsion that is environmentally
friendly is the flettner rotor. The working principle of the tool follows the theory of the Magnus effect, where the
force arises due to the difference in pressure between the two sides of the Flettner rotor. This study implicates
the flettner rotor on the Kalianget-Kangean ferry route with variations in wind speeds of 10, 15 and 20 knots and
variations in dimensions of 3x1, 5x1 and 7x1 meters with a rotational speed of 500 rpm. Optimal results through
computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations show a coefficient of thrust from flettner rotor (CT) of 3.647
and a thrust of flettner rotor (TFR) of 2,980.5 kN with dimensions of 5x1 meters and a wind speed of 15 knots.
While the implicit percentage of flettner rotors in KMP. DBS I of 18.11%, KMP. DBS III of 11.27%, and KMP.

Wedarti, Yoifah Rizka
Background: Periodontitis is a local inflammatory process mediating destruction of
periodontal tissues triggered by bacterial insult. However, this disease is also characterized
by systemic inflammatory host responses that may contribute, in part, to the recently reported
higher risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD) among patients with periodontitis. Moderate
elevation of C-reactive protein (CRP) has been found to be a predictor of increased risk for
CVD. Elevated CRP levels in periodontal patients have been reported by several groups. In
this study, we examined whether CRP plasma levels are increased in periodontitis and if
there is a relation to severity of periodontal disease.
Methods: CRP serum levels were assessed using reagen Immulite C-Reactive Protein ® /
Immulite ® 1000 high-sensitivity CRP as a solid-phase, chemiluminescent immunometric
assay in 100 subjects which diagnosed cardiovascular disease with chronic periodontitis.
Periodontal Disease Index (PDI) were measured by clinical attachment loss, probing depths,
and gingiva recession at six selection teeth : 16, 21, 24, 36, 41,44 known as Ramfjord teeth.
Results: The measurement of Periodontal Disease Index (PDI) in 100 subjects with
Cardiovascular Disease are Mild periodontitis (6,1%), Moderate periodontitis (70,4%),
Severe periodontitis (23,5%) and only 2% with normal periodontal tissue. Increases in CRP
levels were observed in these subjects. Subjects with high levels of clinical attachment loss
(Severe periodontitis) had significantly higher mean of CRP levels (7,522 ± 0,3580 mg/L),
moderate periodontitis are (5,284 ± 0,3138 mg/L) CRP levels and (2,017 ± 0,3656 mg/L)
CRP levels for mild periodontitis
Conclusions: The positive correlation between CRP and periodontal disease might be a
possible underlying pathway in the association between periodontal disease which a chronic
inflammation as one of risk factor for Cardiovascular Disease in these patients.

Every ship, that is still actively operating in shipping must pay attention to repair or maintenance in accordance with classification standards. This was needed by management or ship owners to carry out maintenance planning. The shipyards as repair services, there are often obstacles during the repair process that cause the repair time to be longer. This is caused by limited work equipment, delivery of materials that are not in order, and lack of technical equipment. The purpose of research is to evaluate the risk of ship repair delays so there are no failures or delays in ship repair. The method used is the FMEA method (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to measure each failure in each activity that affects ship repair. The results showed an assessment score in the form of a Risk Priority Number (RPN) consisting of activities: amount of cutting machines is still limited with a score of 309.83, painting and welding failures at the same time with a score of 267.08, materials that come are remachined to fit the needs with a score of 335.06 and inadequate transportation equipment with a score of 294.16. Improvements made in the form of preparing amount of work tools before the work is carried out, conditioning the order of work according to the schedule and adding backup transportation.

Abstract
⎯ Ship repair is a project that is short in process so that time is an important element in its completion parameters.
Delay is something that can happen to a job. A job experiencing delays must have a cause that affects the work. Causes of
delay in the case of ship repair are poor time management, less skilled human resources, the addition or development of work.
But whatever the obstacles, shipyards are still required to complete the ship repair process in a timely manner. Seeing this
problem, this research was conducted to provide input in connection with the strategies used by PT XYZ in overcoming the
delay factor in the repair of the KM Binaiya ship. In the research to support this thesis, the Bayesian Networks Method is
used to analyze the factors that cause delays in ship repairs. After risk identification using the Bayesian networks method.
The highest risk is replete activities as minor categorized, where the caused tank cleaning work related to hazardous waste,
which must be cleaned to be safe for hot work with a risk score of 0.108. The second cause is installation of scaffolding for
replete work facilities at height with a risk score of 0.054.

In shipbuilding work, the risk of delays must be analyzed and anticipated so that such delays do not occur and cause losses for both
parties. This study aims to calculate the risk of a shipbuilding project using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method.
The final result obtained is the result of the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) in determining what risks can affect
shipbuilding work. There are two jobs with RPN value > 200 which are classified as High Risk namely errors in lofting and damage
to the pulley block as a supporting tool. The plans for risk management with the highest RPN value are then discussed with th e
shipyard. Risk mitigation is carried out on the possible risk of errors in lofting, namely by adding worker personnel in the loft ing
workshop who serve as supervisors and examiners. While the risk of breakage of the trough can be overcome by paying attention
to the inventory and also the condition of the tool.
kondisi alat.

ABSTRACT
The fish market located at the Nusantara Ternate Fishing Port (PPN) is a functional facility where Ternate
fishermen sell their catch. Sanitation and hygiene are important things to be applied in the fish market to
keep the quality of the freshness of fish. The purpose of this study was to analyze the conditions of
sanitation and hygiene at the fish market in PPN Ternate. This research method is descriptive quantitative
with data collection techniques observation and sanitation testing using the TPC (Total Plate Count) to
determine the number of bacterial and contaminant coliform with MPN (Most Probable Number) methods.
This research was conducted from April to June 2022. The samples tested were several equipment that
potential for microbial contamination, workers and fish were the most dominant in the fish market at PPN
Ternate. The result showed that the TPC value of various equipment and hand of workers exceeded the
standard contamination limit for equipment surfaces or hands of <1,0x102 cfu/cm2. The highest bacterial
count from the fish handling samples was 1,5x104 cfu/cm2 and the lowest from fish container samples
was 1,3x103cfu/cm2. The avarage bacterial count on hand of worker was 3,4 x103cfu/cm2. The bacterial
count on all fish samples were under maximum limit of SNI 7388 : 2009 (1,5 x105cfu/gr). Based on the
coliform contaminant test it was found that all negative samples contained coliform. The conclusion of
this research was the sanitation of the equipment and the worker hand hygiene were unsatisfactory, and
it may have serious implications for public health due to the contamination of fish from the equipment and
the workers' hands. In the future, it is important that workers are trained in sanitation and hygiene
practices.

Masyarakat nelayan di pesisir Kedung Cowek Kenjeran merupakan kelompok
masyarakat tertinggal memerlukan pengembangan produksi lokal berupa olahan
kerang.
